Types of training I offer

Pilates & Core

A combined approach, using the principles and exercises of Pilates, alongside more traditional Core strength work.

Cardio

Maintaining a healthy heart by using various approaches to keep you moving and aerobically fit.

Functional & Strength

Functional and Strength training can crossover and be used alongside one another.

Utilising a range of different equipment that use your whole body in a way that will help you perform everyday activities more easily and/or gain muscle mass, capability and endurance.

Who you’ll be working with

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over fifteen years and came into the career as part of a positive change in my own life, so I understand how challenging it can be to initiate and maintain new healthy habits (and let go of unhelpful ones!).

I am very passionate about supporting people in their journeys and believe this should always be given with empathy, understanding and wherever possible, plenty of humour!
